Jamal Nicholson is a Customer Support Adviser at Mather & Murray Financial and plays an important role in helping the advice process run smoothly and efficiently.

Working closely with both clients and advisers, Jamal helps keep information organised, supports communication and assists with the practical steps needed to move cases forward. His contribution behind the scenes helps reduce delays and ensures advisers have the support they need to focus on delivering high-quality advice.

Jamal understands that clients value clear updates, efficient service and confidence that their enquiry is progressing. He brings an organised, positive and dependable approach to his work, helping each interaction feel straightforward and well managed.

As a key member of the support team, Jamal contributes to the overall client experience by helping make the journey from initial enquiry through to advice as seamless as possible.

Outside work, Jamal has a strong sporting background and plays netball for England, as well as for national clubs in Manchester and Loughborough. He also enjoys playing tennis and keeping fit.

Away from sport, Jamal is learning to play the guitar and continuing to improve his Spanish
