I was very apprehensive about sorting my pension until Helen Quayle got in contact with me then everything was so smooth in the transfer of my policies from scottish widows and the prudential Helens professional imput made this transition very smooth now everything is more transparent as it is now with Royal London, the only thing that is outstanding is the balance of my buyout plan but by receiving a letter from scottish widows referring to the transfer and will let me know when the plan has been transferred to Royal London, I would just like to praise Helen again for the hard work that she has done I will not hesitate to recommend Mather&Murray to my friends and family, I would like to say that I am looking forward to a future with Mather&Murray going forward many thanks. Sadly, there are only 5 stars... In actual fact, the service I received from Ms Sherril Moore deserves many more!!Sherril was the most competent, professional and caring Mortgage Broker I have dealt with and her constant support was the only reason my transaction eventually completed just in time!!From the word GO, Sherril understood my circumstances, a lot of it private and personal and was discreet and unjudgmental in her conduct. At times, she even ended up counselling me and for that I will always be grateful to her... she is the main reason I stuck with my protracted purchase which took nearly 10 months and she was always available to me during this time... I called her on various occasions and sometimes with queries outside her remit but she made it her task to get me the answers I needed and was ever so patient.I feel very fortunate to have made her acquaintance and will be using her for all my families future Mortgage needs.Sherril Moore is not only a great Ambassador for her Firm but also a lovely human being.
