Rachel Rowley is the Operations Manager at Mather & Murray Financial and plays a central role in shaping the way the business supports both its clients and its team.
With nearly 30 years’ experience in financial services, Rachel has worked across a wide variety of roles, including banking, financial coaching, mortgages and business operations. This broad background gives her a strong understanding of the challenges clients may face, as well as the systems, communication and teamwork needed behind the scenes to deliver an effective service.
Rachel believes that great financial advice is about more than the recommendations themselves. Trust, clear communication and a straightforward client experience are equally important. Her focus is on making sure every stage of a client’s journey feels organised, reassuring and well supported.
As Operations Manager, Rachel is dedicated to continually improving how the business works. She reviews processes, identifies ways to make everyday tasks simpler and more efficient, embraces technology where it can add genuine value and helps ensure colleagues have the tools and support they need to provide excellent client care.
She particularly enjoys helping people develop and creating an environment where ideas can be shared openly. Her collaborative approach supports a positive culture in which colleagues feel valued, confident and able to do their best work.

Away from work, Rachel enjoys spending time with her family and dogs, travelling and taking on home and garden renovation projects. She also rarely turns down the opportunity to start planning the next adventure.
