Helen Quayle
Independent Financial Adviser in Yate
Helen Quayle is a qualified Independent Financial Adviser who helps individuals and families make informed decisions about their financial future.
Based in Yate, Helen provides advice on pensions, investments and general wealth planning, as well as strategies designed to help clients manage and potentially reduce a future Inheritance Tax liability. Her approach begins with understanding what matters most to each client, before creating a clear financial plan around their circumstances, priorities and longer-term goals.
Helen enjoys building lasting relationships with the people she advises. She understands that financial planning is rarely about one isolated decision and that a client’s needs can change as their career, family and wider life develop. Her aim is to provide clear, personal guidance that clients can return to at different stages of their financial journey.
Since having her own children, Helen has become particularly aware of the importance of making financial advice accessible to a wider range of people. She is passionate about supporting young families and women who may not always feel that traditional financial advice is designed with them in mind.
For Helen, financial planning is not simply about pensions or investments. It is also about helping people feel more informed, secure and confident about the choices available to them.
“I love my job as a financial planner and feel very grateful for the relationships I build. I want financial advice to feel accessible, particularly for young families and women, and to help more people achieve a greater sense of financial wellbeing.”
Helen sees clients at Mather & Murray Financial’s head office in Cricklade and can also arrange meetings in clients’ homes. For those who prefer to meet remotely, appointments are available by Microsoft Teams.
Outside work, family life keeps Helen busy with her three children. They enjoy camping, visiting the beach and spending time outdoors together, with the family’s new dog providing even more reasons to get out for a walk.
Helen is also the planner of the household and is often organising their next trip, holiday or home improvement idea before presenting the finished plan to her husband.
