Sarah has been wonderful to work with. Incredibly helpful and no question was silly (and I had a lot of them!). She went over and beyond. We've attempted to use Sarah multiple times over the years when searching and pulling out of properties, and she was always so patient until we finally found the one for us. Fantastic service, Rachel from mather & Murray helped us all the way, let us know what was possible in terms of mortgage, explained process, sorted life insurance policies for us, even formally complained to Insurance company on our behalf for Delay in starting policies. She was on hand to answer questions, no question was a silly one. Response to emails was always swift and was kind to let us know when there would be a Delay due to being out of the office, but had someone look after our case while she was away. Used Rachel on two occasions before and really felt like she held our hand as always and is as excited as we were on completion of house purchase.
