I was very apprehensive about sorting my pension until Helen Quayle got in contact with me then everything was so smooth in the transfer of my policies from scottish widows and the prudential Helens professional imput made this transition very smooth now everything is more transparent as it is now with Royal London, the only thing that is outstanding is the balance of my buyout plan but by receiving a letter from scottish widows referring to the transfer and will let me know when the plan has been transferred to Royal London, I would just like to praise Helen again for the hard work that she has done I will not hesitate to recommend Mather&Murray to my friends and family, I would like to say that I am looking forward to a future with Mather&Murray going forward many thanks. We booked a financial review with this company. Pre the review they asked questions about what financial advice we were looking for, so they were aware regarding our needs. The lady rang and by the end of the phone call it was obvious she was not interested in our custom, she sounded disinterested, however told us they would be in contact. We have now been waiting 3 weeks. If they were not interested a quick email would of been polite or just to say that on the phone. Manners cost nothing, they obviously have so much business they do not need to be polite to potential customers.
